Aenēis is an ethical luxury brand characterizedby exclusive prints with a focus on silk scarves designedin Paris and conscientiouslymanufacturedin Italy. Aenēis offers fashion and interior pieces such as silk scarves, twilly,bandanas and cushions with unique prints made of the finest silk. The products are designed and developed in the Paris-based studio and manufactured by a family-owned workshop based in Como, Italy. Known as the “city of silk”, Como began its silk production inthe fifteenth century brought to Europe from the Far East. To thisday Como is still renowned for its excellent quality in silk manufacturing. Aenēis’ silk products are made out of a luxurious silk twill. The Twill is a type of textile weaving with a pattern of diagonal parallel ribs: this particular pattern gives a depth of color to the fabric and illuminates the prints. The pieces are skillfully and meticulously crafted either hand hemmed or with handmade fringes.

Aenēis’ founder and designer Lisa Lubrini is originally from the Swiss Italian countryside. Half Swiss and half Italian Lisa studied fashion design at the Istituto Marangoni in Milan and London whichshe graduated fromin 2008. She started Her career in fashion with Liberty of London discoveringthe universe of luxury hand drawn prints. Lisa lived in Sydney and Bali for three years where nature and the people she met influenced her designs and creativity. Back in Europe she worked with Hugo Boss and Napapijri as accessories and print designer. In 2017 Lisa decides to leave the fast fashion world and joins her partner in Paris. Her creative project based on strongvalues starts with Aenēis in 2018.
