Aenēis' online shop uses Swiss Post within Switzerland and UPS service with a signature required for all orders within the EU and rest of the world. Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) and may take up to 3 business days to process the orders before shipment. The estimated time for delivery on the cart and checkout page does not take into account these order processing days. All orders require a signature upon receipt. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. Please note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. Your item will arrive wrapped in white silk paper in a luxury Aenēis box. Swiss orders are shipped from the Aenēis head office located in Castle San Pietro, Switzerland.

To ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase or gift, you can exchange or return regular-priced merchandise to Aenēis respecting the following steps: you must contact Aenēis for a return authorisation within 3 days upon received the good at: firstname.lastname@example.org The goods must be returned unworn and packaged as per the original order with all tags in place, folded and wrapped in the original tissue paper and in the original box. Please ensure you package your return properly to prevent any damage to the items or box during transit. Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in delays in processing the return, deductions being made to the value of refunds and changes/refunds being refused. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning any items and Aenēis is not responsible for any returns lost or damaged in the post. All shipping charges incurred by purchasing an item online are non-refundable. Aenēis does not accept returns of merchandise that was not purchased online. All Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, the process can take up to 30 days.
