  1. Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from our studio apartment located in Paris, France. For orders in Switzerland, please visit aeneis-paris.ch or contact info@aeneis-paris.com for assistance.

  2. Shipping Provider: We utilize Colissimo, a trusted shipping service affiliated with the French Post, to deliver your orders. Colissimo provides a tracking number for your convenience and requires a signature upon delivery.

  3. Shipping Rates and Processing Time: Shipping rates may vary depending on the destination country. After receiving the order confirmation, please allow 1-5 business days (excluding holidays) for order processing.

  4. Signature Requirement: For security purposes, all orders require a signature upon receipt. Once items have been dispatched, we are unable to redirect orders.

  5. Customs Clearance and Delays: Please note that any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes are beyond our control. We cannot be held responsible for such delays.

  6. Duty and Taxes: Please be aware that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer. These additional charges, if applicable, are not included in the order total.

By submitting an order to the Aeneis online store, you acknowledge and confirm that the payment details provided on your order are accurate and valid. Upon acceptance and processing of your order, payment will be made in full.

RETURNS

To ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase or gift we have established the following return conditions to facilitate a smooth and efficient process. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our return policy:

  1. Return Period: You have a 14-day window from the date of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund or a one-time exchange. However, please note that if we are not contacted within 10 days of your items being delivered to your designated address, we will be unable to process an exchange or refund.

  2. Initiation of Return: To initiate a return, kindly send an email to help@aeneis-paris.com within 10 days of receiving the goods. Your email subject must include your order number followed by "Exchange" or "Refund."

  3. Return Conditions:

  • The goods must be returned in an unworn condition and packaged in accordance with the original order, including all tags, neatly folded, wrapped in the original tissue paper, and placed inside the original box. Proper packaging is essential to prevent any damage to the items or box during transit.

  • Please print and include the receipt with the packaged goods.

  • The goods must be shipped with a secure signature within 5 days from receiving our return authorization. The address for return shipping will be provided by our customer service team via email.

  • Adherence to Guidelines: Failure to adhere to the above return guidelines may result in processing delays, deductions from the refund value, or refusal of exchanges/refunds. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning any items, and we cannot be held responsible for any returns lost or damaged during transit. Additionally, all shipping charges incurred for purchasing and returning items online are non-refundable. Please be aware that merchandise not purchased online cannot be returned. Lastly, all sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will promptly notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange request. If your request is approved for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card. Please note that the refund process may take up to 30 days to complete. The shipping charges incurred for purchasing and returning items online are non-refundable.

  • Return Fee: Please be advised that a flat 15€ return fee will be charged for every return.
